Responsibilities:
1.Manage complete import operations by sea, including documentation, clearance, and coordination with CHA/customs.
2.Independently handle import shipments to ensure smooth and timely clearance and delivery.
3.Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to streamline operations.
4.Track shipments, monitor movement, and keep customers updated on documentation and clearance status.
5.Ensure strict compliance with customs laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
6.Address operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, or shipment exceptions.
7.Maintain proper records, operational data, and documentation for audits and internal use.
8.Generate periodic reports for management and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
1.3–5 years of hands-on experience in import operations (sea freight preferred).
2.In-depth knowledge of customs clearance procedures, CHA operations, and import documentation.
3.Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related tools.
4.Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
5.Ability to work independently, lead a small team, and manage tasks efficiently.
6.Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual.
7.Age: Below 35 years.
